Senior Python Developer

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our team. You’ll lead the design, development, and implementation of Python-based applications, working closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, performance-optimized software. What You'll Do 

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications
  • Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and ensure effective integration with CRM databases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions tailored to client needs
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to optimize application performance and scalability
  • Write clean, testable code, adhering to industry standards for maintainability
  • Mentor and support junior developers, fostering growth and development within the team
  • Stay updated with the latest Python developments, sharing insights and improvements with the team

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of professional Python development experience, with a record of building and scaling applications
  • Expertise in frameworks like Django or Flask, and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL database performance optimization
  • Strong experience with FastAPI.
  • Experience working with CRM databases and integrating CRM functionalities
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and data processing
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for efficient, high-quality code
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in Agile environments
  • Willingness to work overlapping hours with U.S. time zones
